Cookie policy
The website uses only necessary storage and the functional preference requested by the visitor. Usage analytics remains off until consent is explicit, freely given and revocable.
Website storage inventory
| Name / key | Category | Medium | Provider | Maximum duration | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| law-firm-consent-v2 | Strictly necessary | localStorage | This website | 180 days | Stores the policy version, timestamp, decision method and analytics preference so the visitor choice is respected. |
| site_locale | Functional preference | cookie | This website | 365 days | Remembers the language explicitly selected by the visitor. It is not used for profiling or advertising. |
What cookies and local storage mean
A cookie is a small text file saved by the browser for a specific website. Local storage uses a different technical mechanism but can similarly keep browser preferences between visits. The inventory above identifies both.
The website uses first-party storage only. There are no advertising, profiling, social-media or third-party analytics cookies in the current configuration.
The WhatsApp button is a simple external link. It does not load Meta resources or set WhatsApp storage on this website; the external service policies apply only after the visitor chooses to open the link.
Facebook and Instagram links work in the same way: no Meta SDK, pixel or content is loaded on the website before a link is selected.
Google Maps loads automatically on the Contact page, independently of the analytics preference. Google may set or read its own storage technologies. These are controlled by Google and browser settings and are not part of the website’s first-party storage registry.
Strictly necessary storage
The law-firm-consent-v2 key keeps the policy version, choice time and method, and analytics preference in the browser for up to 180 days. The site_locale cookie remembers the explicitly selected language for up to 365 days and is protected by HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax and Secure in production.
These items are limited to visitor-requested operation and respecting visitor choices. They are not used for cross-site tracking, advertising or profiling and cannot be disabled in the preferences panel without losing the function they provide.
Optional analytics
Usage analytics is disabled by default, is not preselected and does not start before consent. Refusal does not restrict access to website content or forms.
The website permits only approved high-level events and Web Vitals, without names, email addresses, telephone numbers, form text, CVs or request identifiers. No external analytics provider or analytics storage is currently active.
Choosing and withdrawing consent
“Accept all” and “Reject optional” are available at the same level. “Customize” allows the options to be reviewed separately, with no optional checkbox preselected.
The preference can be changed and consent withdrawn at any time through the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer. Withdrawal stops future collection as easily as consent was given and does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Storage may also be deleted through browser settings. The website will then ask for a choice again and the language may need to be selected again.
Changes and contact
The registry is updated before any new provider or purpose is enabled. A material change to purposes or categories triggers a new choice; earlier acceptance is not automatically extended.
Questions about storage and exercising rights may be sent through the contact details published on the website. Version 2 of this policy applies from 4 August 2026.
